<p>Zona inghinala este un subiect foarte sensibil. Daca esti printre cele care in pofida neplacirilor alege epilatul inghinal cu ceara, iti oferim cateva sfaturi ca aceasta experienta sa fie mai putin dureroasa.<br />
Iata tot ce trebuie sa stii despe epilatul inghinal:</p>
<p>Daca bei alcool inainte de epilare, nu o sa mai simti durerea.<br /> <br />
Desi este adevarat ca alcoolul amorteste simturile, trebuie sa stii ca inchide porii, ceea ce insemna ca durerea va fi mai intensa. Nu este indicat nici sa razi sau sa tunzi parul inainte de epilare. </p>
<p>Pentru a reduce durerea, este indicat sa aplici inainte o crema hidratanta si emolienta. </p>
<p>Pentru un rezultat bun, este bine ca parul sa aiba 3-6mm pentru ca ceara se prinde bine de par si firele ies mai usor, fara a se rupe de la suprafata.</p>
<p>Este bine ca in timpul menstruatiei sa eviti epilarea pentru ca zona este mai sensibila ca de obicei. </p>
<p>Ce e bine sa faci inainte si dupa epilare?<br />
Inainte de epilare aplica un tratament de exfoliere. Firele de sub piele vor iesi la suprafata. <br />
Daca planuiesti sa mergi la plaja, in primele 24 de ore este recomandat sa folosesti crema de protectie solara. <br />
Daca ai alergii sau vreo problema medicala, e bine sa iti anunti cosmeticianul, pentru ca e posibil ca substantele din medicamente, creme sau lotiuni sa nu fie compatibile cu ceara de epilat.</p>
<p>Nu lua medicamente pentru atenuarea durerii si nu bea alcool sau cafea pentru ca inchid porii.</p>
